What is a trademark objection?
A Trademark objection is one of the stages in the trademark registration process. Once a trademark application is filed with the registry, it is scrutinized by the trademark examiner. If the examiner finds objection with the trademark filed, an examination report is issued containing the objections and reasons for the same. The applicant must reply to this report within 30 days. If the reply is accepted, the trademark will be successfully published in the trademark journal.
